Parking problems

This is my problem solving I did it with Chloe and Krystal it was level 3 it was not that hard. First we needed to circle the numbers, underline the question, and box the key words and then we could draw and write the answer.The question was in the parking meter downtown, you can get 15 minutes parking for 50c. Dad put $3.50 into the parking meter at 3.15pm.

what time did the parking meter expire?

And chloe put our answer in the book after I told her it and our answer was...

5.00. Then Chloe put in how we got our answer and it was...

how many times does 50c go into $3.15pm=7

The time is 3.15

add 15 onto 3.15= 3.30 then add 2 more on then it equals

4.00 then add the last 15 and that equals 5.00

so it expires at 5.00pm

And now just to be clear that was all chloe did in the book not me some of that I still don't understand I just copied that out of the book anyway if you liked the post please comment on how much you liked it if not that's ok too.Thanks.
